Andrew Krajewski is an Assistant Professor in the School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences at The University of Texas at Dallas. He holds a PhD in Criminology from The Pennsylvania State University (2021), an MA in Criminology (2018), and a BA in Psychology (2014) from The University of South Florida. His research focuses on interpersonal violence, aggressive behavior, and social network analysis, with particular attention to honor cultures, policing strategies, and white-collar crime.
Key research areas include the dynamics of violence in schools, threat assessment in law enforcement, and mental health disparities among incarcerated transgender individuals. His work spans interdisciplinary topics such as gaming-related stress, gender dynamics in aggression, and organizational structures of criminal networks like the Italian-American Mafia.
Recent publications explore the impact of citation release policies on urban crime, correlates of white-collar offending, and the role of romantic relationships in violent victimization. He has contributed to policy discussions on policing, criminal justice reform, and violence prevention strategies.
