Andrew Kaufman is an Adjunct Professor of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. He is also the President of the Institute for Leadership Excellence & Development Inc., which focuses on enhancing leadership and project delivery capabilities for organizations globally. Kaufman has held roles with clients such as the United Nations, World Health Organization, NASA, Marriott International, Microsoft, and ExxonMobil, advising on leadership and project management strategies.

His expertise spans leadership development, project management methodologies, and organizational effectiveness, derived from his career progression from a software developer to senior leadership roles. He teaches MBA courses at Quinlan and hosts the People and Projects Podcast, sharing insights on leadership and delivery. Additionally, his LEAD52 initiative provides free leadership resources to aspiring leaders worldwide.
