Andrew A. Schwartz is the Laurence W. DeMuth Chair of Business Law and Professor of Law at the University of Colorado Law School, University of Colorado Boulder. He joined the faculty in 2008 and is an internationally recognized expert on investment crowdfunding. Professor Schwartz served as a Fulbright Research Scholar at the University of Auckland Law School in 2017 and frequently returns as a visiting professor.
