Deborah L. Paul is a Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and a Partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. She specializes in tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, and financial instruments. Paul holds an LL.M. in Tax from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an A.B. from Harvard College.
