Kevin S. Schwartz is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in their Litigation Department. He currently chairs the Judiciary Committee of the New York City Bar Association, overseeing judicial nominee evaluations for NYC-based courts. Previously, he served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and 2nd Circuit Judge Guido Calabresi.
