Dr. Andreas Kotula is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Prehistory and Early History, University of Göttingen, since July 2019. His work focuses on Late Mesolithic and Neolithization in Northern Central Europe, with expertise in wetland archaeology, taphonomy, and digital methods.

Current affiliations include the DFG-funded project on Groß Fredenwalde burials and collaborations with international archaeologists across Germany and Poland.
