Andreas Kornelakis is an Associate Professor in Comparative Management at King’s Business School, King’s College London, where he also serves as Deputy Programme Director of the MSc International Management. His academic work bridges comparative management, human resource management (HRM), and employment relations through institutional and comparative lenses.
- Education: PhD from the London School of Economics (LSE)
His research focuses on the impact of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) on productivity, employment, and skills in knowledge-intensive business services. Current projects explore institutional responses to technological change in the UK, Germany, and globally.
His work has been funded by prestigious bodies such as the ESRC, European Union, and National Bank of Greece. He disseminates research through thought leadership in outlets like The Conversation, LSE Business Review, and ETUI Policy Briefs, with citations from the OECD, ILO, and European Commission.
