Uta Bindl is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at King’s Business School, King’s College London, since 2019. Previously, she was an Assistant Professor at the London School of Economics (LSE). She holds a PhD in Work Psychology from the University of Sheffield (2011), alongside BA and MA degrees in Management Studies from Germany. Her research focuses on three core areas: motivation in organizations (e.g., proactivity and job crafting), employee wellbeing, and the implications of digital transformation and AI on work performance. She has been recognized with the LSE Excellence in Teaching Award and has held leadership roles such as Associate Dean (Doctoral Studies) at King’s.
