Salma Raheem

Dr. Salma Raheem is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Liverpool Management School. She holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) Department of Management. Previously, she served as an Academic Advisor for LSE's second-year BSc Management students, an LSE Fellow, and an elected member of the LSE Students' Union, earning the Outstanding Contribution Award. Her research focuses on multiculturalism, leadership in diverse teams, and inclusive organisational cultures, particularly in multinational corporations (MNCs) in emerging economies like the Middle East. She employs mixed-methods approaches and has published in journals such as the Journal of International Business Studies.
