Souad Mohamed

Souad Mohamed is a Senior Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics' (LSE) Firoz Lalji Institute for Africa, where she contributes to the Programme for African Leadership (PfAL). She serves as Chief Executive Officer at IEL International and previously held roles such as Principal Investigator at LSE's Middle East Centre. Her work spans global partnership development, leadership training, and policy reform across academia, government, and business sectors.

Research Focus: Her multidisciplinary research emphasizes women's empowerment through policy reforms, gender-responsive governance, and leadership development in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). She also investigates human and sociotechnical factors in technology adoption within multinational corporations, integrating knowledge management frameworks.
