Hyun-Jung Lee

Hyun-Jung Lee is Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Cross Cultural Management at LSE's Department of Management. Her research examines sociocultural differences (culture, ethnicity, gender) and cosmopolitanism in global organizations, with publications on language diversity, cultural intelligence, and expatriate acculturation.

Recent work analyzes linguistic networks in MNCs, comparative studies of cultural intelligence, and cosmopolitan leadership in polarized contexts. Educated at Seoul National University and LSE.
