Dr. Andrea Hollomotz is an Associate Professor in the School of Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Leeds, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences. She serves as Deputy Director for Research and Innovation (DDoRI) in the School. Her work focuses on disability studies, sexual violence, and systemic injustices affecting marginalized groups. Key roles include:
- Leading ESRC-funded research on learning disabilities and sexual offending
- Co-authoring reports on disabled victim-survivors' needs and police reporting experiences
- Collaborating on the MS Domestic Violence and Abuse Research Initiative
