Anda-Lisa Harmening is a Researcher at the University of Paderborn, affiliated with the Faculty of Cultural Studies and the Department of German Studies and Comparative Literature. She serves as Manager-Research Associate at the Graduate Center of the Faculty of Cultural Studies and holds roles such as Member of the Advisory Board of the Collaborative Research Center 'Explainability' and Member of Senate Commissions on Equality and Tenure-Board. Her research focuses on Literary Studies (narration of crisis, genre theory, media writing styles, death aesthetics, gender identity staging) and Higher Education Research (social inequality in doctoral phases).
