Anatol Dutta

Prof. Dr. Anatol Dutta is a University Professor at the Chair of Civil Law, Private International Law, and Comparative Law at LMU Munich. His research focuses on cross-border legal issues, comparative law, family law, and interdisciplinary legal studies. He co-leads the Bavarian Research Network ForFamily, examining modern family forms and legal pluralism.
