Ana Sanz Vergel is a Professor of Work Psychology at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia (UEA). She joined UEA in 2013 and previously held roles as Assistant Professor at IE University and the Autonomous University of Madrid. Her research focuses on work-family conflict, stress recovery, job crafting, and employee well-being. She has been a co-investigator in multiple funded projects, including interventions targeting workplace bullying and studies on stress mitigation.
