Dr Ana Margarida Graça is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Henley Business School, University of Reading. She serves as the Program Director for the Global Executive MBA Program, MBA Dissertations Coordinator, and module convenor for the Leading for Complexity and Change module in the Senior Leader Apprenticeship program. Her academic background includes a PhD in Management - Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from ISCTE-IUL (2014), a Master in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE (2008), and a Bachelor in Psychology from ISCTE (2017).
