Amy Copeland is an Assistant Professor at Youngstown State University's Cliffe College of Creative Arts, Department of Graphic + Interactive Design. She holds an MFA in Visual Communication Design and an MS in User Experience Design from Kent State University, alongside a BS in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati.

Her teaching focuses on typography, page layout, and real-world design preparation, while her creative practice explores fiber arts, analog photography, and experimental typographic projects like weaving the alphabet with unique letterforms.
