Dr. Amitabh Trehan is an Associate Professor at Durham University's Department of Computer Science, where he leads the NESTiD (Network Engineering, Science, and Theory in Durham) research group. Holding a PhD in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico, he has held academic positions at Loughborough University and Queen’s University Belfast. His research spans distributed algorithms, self-healing networks, and algorithmic game theory, with applications in IoT, SDN, and exascale systems.
