Dr. Amina Moss is a Lecturer in Aquaculture Nutrition at the University of Stirling's Institute of Aquaculture. Her work focuses on developing climate-resilient feeds for crustaceans and investigating nutritional requirements under changing environments. She holds a PhD from Kagoshima University, Japan, and has expertise in feed formulation, bioactive compounds, and sustainable aquaculture practices.
Research Interests:
- Climate-resilient diets for crustaceans
- Utilization of marine by-products in feeds
- Impact of environmental stress on aquatic species nutrition
- Antioxidative stress response mechanisms
