Dr Amelia Henry is a Research Associate at the Matilda Centre for Research in Mental Health and Substance Use, University of Sydney. Her work focuses on mental health, social support, prejudice, and collective action by advantaged groups. She has five years of teaching experience in social science and psychology.
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, 2017), Western Sydney University
- Master of Research (Social Psychology, 2019), Western Sydney University
- PhD Candidate (Social Psychology, expected 2024), examining links between prejudice strategies and collective action.
Research Themes: Neurosciences and Mental Health, Social Psychology, Substance Abuse and Addiction.
