Dr. Amber Raile is a Professor in the Department of Management at the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship, Montana State University. She holds expertise in organizational communication, gender studies, and public policy, with a focus on equity, climate policy, and political/public will dynamics. Her research addresses gender pay equity, pandemic impacts on gender roles, and climate-smart agriculture in developing nations.
