Brent Rosso is an Associate Professor at the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship, Montana State University, affiliated with the Department of Management. He holds a Ph.D. (2011), M.S. (2007), and B.A. (2000) from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor and St. Olaf College, respectively.
His research focuses on Creativity and Innovation, Groups and Teams, and the Meaning of Work, with notable contributions to understanding playfulness in teams, constraints in creative processes, and work purpose. Teaching interests include Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership.
