Dr. Myleen Leary is an Associate Professor at the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship, University of Montana, specializing in Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Theory and Strategy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2003), an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management (1998), and a BA in Economics/Modern Languages from Providence College (1992).
Her research focuses on top management teams, board governance in for-profit and non-profit organizations, strategic management, and organizational development. Key areas include new venture success factors, banking industry dynamics, gender equity in business education, and policy impacts on organizational resilience.
