Amanda Winters serves as a Moot Coach for the Family Negotiation Moot at Thompson Rivers University's Faculty of Law. She is an associate attorney at Farris in Vancouver, specializing in family and estate litigation with a focus on their intersection. Her practice emphasizes results-oriented litigation, including settlement negotiations and court appearances across BC and other Canadian jurisdictions. Winters was called to the British Columbia bar in 2014 after clerking at the BC Court of Appeal and working at a regional law firm.
