Amanda Sives is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Chester's School of Humanities and Social Sciences. A qualified counsellor with 20+ years in higher education and clinical settings, her work bridges academic research and therapeutic practice. Her research focuses on the psychological impacts of pregnancy loss, infertility, and involuntary childlessness. She holds multiple postgraduate qualifications including a Ph.D., Master's in Public Administration, and diplomas in counseling and Latin American Studies.
