Dr. Amal Abdellatif is an Assistant Professor in the Leadership and Human Resource Management Department at Northumbria University. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Northumbria University's Accounting and Financial Management Department. Her research focuses on intersectional feminism, organizational behavior, and marginalized communities, particularly exploring themes like gender identity, immigrant agency, and workplace ethics through a critical lens. She has published extensively in journals such as Gender, Work & Organization and Organization.
Her work often blends phenomenological and qualitative methodologies to address systemic inequalities, including studies on academic careers, crisis management, and the experiences of marginalized scholars. She currently accepts PhD students and contributes to interdisciplinary research networks addressing feminist theory and organizational change.
