Alyssa J. Cossey is a conductor, educator, scholar, and activist at Coastal Carolina University where she serves as the Associate Director of Choral Activities. She teaches Music Education courses and conducts the Calliope Chorus, with prior roles including Assistant Professor of Choral Music at the University of Arizona and over a decade of teaching middle and high school choirs in Southern California.
