Aly Kelleher

Dr. Aly Kelleher is a Lecturer at Birkbeck Business School, part of Birkbeck, University of London. He holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck and has extensive teaching experience, including modules on research methods, motivation, and psychometrics. His research focuses on employee motivation, work engagement, and the application of multilevel structural equation modeling.
