Professor Allán Laville is a Professor at the University of Reading's Department of Psychology, holding roles such as University Teaching Fellow (2020) and National Teaching Fellow (Advance HE). He specializes in Equity in Psychology, focusing on reality-status judgments in children, low-intensity CBT (IAPT), and LGBTQ+ mental health. His research emphasizes diversity and inclusion in education, healthcare, and clinical practice.
