Dr. Alissa Kotowski is an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University's Department of Earth Sciences, Faculty of Geosciences. She specializes in structural geology, metamorphism, rock deformation, and subduction zone dynamics. Her research bridges atomic-scale to field-scale observations to understand tectonic processes and rheological laws governing Earth's materials.
