Alison Power is Associate Professor in Learning & Teaching at the University of Northampton with expertise in midwifery education and interprofessional learning. Her research explores simulated learning environments, student resilience, and technology-enhanced education. As Faculty Lead for Interprofessional Education, she coordinates curricula across 16 health and social care programs.
She serves on the board of the Centre for the Advancement of Interprofessional Education and edits for the British Journal of Midwifery. Her pedagogical research examines universal design for learning and inclusive technology applications.
