Professor Alison Leary is a Professor of Healthcare and Workforce Modelling at London South Bank University (LSBU), co-leading Adult Nursing and Midwifery programs. She is also part of the Workforce Innovation Group (WING). Her roles include teaching on postgraduate programs and supervising postgraduate research students at LSBU.
Education: PhD (2001–2006).
Research Interests: Healthcare complexity, patient safety, mathematical modeling, data science, and workforce analysis. Her work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to healthcare and education.
