Alison Anderson

Dr Alison Anderson is a Research Fellow in the Department of Neuroscience at Monash University’s School of Translational Medicine. Her work focuses on genomic and proteomic analyses, with expertise in bioinformatics, systems biology, and epilepsy research. She leads clinical trials evaluating genomic screening’s utility in healthcare and collaborates on projects such as 'Reversing post-traumatic epilepsy' (2021–2025) and 'Transforming epilepsy care with precision medicine' (2022–2024).

Her research integrates multi-omics data to uncover mechanisms underlying neurological disorders, emphasizing machine learning applications in genetic studies.
