Dr. Alice Guilhon serves as Dean & Executive President of SKEMA Business School, a leading French institution formed from the 2009 merger of CERAM and ESC-Lille. She holds a PhD and HDR in Management from the University of Montpellier, with additional diplomas from the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale and Institut National des Hautes Études de Sécurité. Her career spans over 30 years in academia and leadership, including roles as Dean of Research at CERAM and Associate Dean for Research. She is a prominent figure in strategy, innovation, and organizational learning, with a focus on SMEs, logistics, and knowledge management.
Research interests include strategic change, organizational learning, and the application of intelligence economics. She has authored over 30 publications, including seminal works on organizational evolution and innovation dynamics in SMEs. Awards include the Ordre National du Mérite (Officier) and the Médaille de Bronze de la Jeunesse et des Sports.
Leadership roles include Chair of the Conférence des Directeurs des Ecoles Françaises de Management (CDEFM), AACSB accreditation member, and board positions in global educational institutions. Her work emphasizes multi-campus strategies, business school globalization, and institutional fundraising. She has advised universities in China, Brazil, and Morocco, and chairs interdisciplinary educational initiatives.
