Alexandre Thibodeau is an Associate Professor at the Université de Montréal's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Pathology and Microbiology. His research focuses on foodborne pathogens, their colonization dynamics in livestock, and interactions with the animal intestinal microbiota. He investigates how probiotics, essential oils, and feed additives influence pathogen behavior and microbiome composition.
