Alexandra Lamb

Dr. Alexandra Lamb is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Educational Leadership at UConn's Neag School of Education. She holds a PhD from University of Connecticut, MA from NYU, and BA from Bowdoin College. Her research examines organizational conditions for educational change, particularly through technology integration and leadership development.

Research explores how educational leaders create environments supporting deeper learning, equity, and improved student outcomes.
