Alexandra Klein Rafaeli is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Smith College’s School of Social Work (SSW), where she has taught since 2019. She specializes in clinical psychology, with a focus on integrating theoretical frameworks like Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into practical mental health applications. Her teaching includes courses such as Interpersonal Psychotherapy: Theoretical, Cultural, and Experiential and Practical Principles of CBT. She has held roles as former director, chief psychologist, and coordinator of psychological services at Ben Gurion University, Israel, emphasizing work with emerging adults.
