Alexander J. Buoye is an Associate Professor of Marketing at St. John’s University’s Peter J. Tobin College of Business. He holds a PhD and MA in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame, along with a BBA in Marketing from the same institution. His research focuses on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and firm performance, with applied expertise in predictive modeling and analytics from his tenure as former Head of Loyalty Analytics and SVP at Ipsos.
