Alexander Cabeza Trigg (b. 1993) is a photographer and filmmaker based in Barcelona, Spain, currently serving as a Visiting Tutor at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague (KABK). He holds a BA in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Barcelona and graduated from the inaugural cohort of the MA Photography & Society program at KABK, where he now teaches.
His practice merges anthropological methodologies with artistic creativity, emphasizing participatory approaches that engage communities in collaborative storytelling. Trigg’s work prioritizes shared documentary processes, situating narratives within local contexts while transcending conventional documentary frameworks through experimental co-creation.
