Alex Whiting is a Professor at Harvard Law School, specializing in domestic and international criminal prosecution. He holds an academic rank of Professor and has extensive experience as an international prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), the International Criminal Court (ICC), and the Kosovo Specialist Prosecutor’s Office. His career also includes roles as a U.S. federal prosecutor and Assistant Special Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Whiting’s education includes degrees from Yale College and Yale Law School, followed by a clerkship with Judge Eugene H. Nickerson.
