His legal career spans federal prosecution, white-collar investigations, and international anticorruption advisory roles.

Research and Professional Focus: Huynh specializes in criminal law, with expertise in white-collar crime, public corruption, and federal prosecution. His work combines practical experience in complex narcotics cases and domestic terrorism with international legal training initiatives.
Professional Experience: He has clerked for U.S. District Court Judge James Lawrence King, worked at law firms in Miami and Washington D.C., served as a supervisory trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, and was a Rule of Law and Anticorruption Advisor in Serbia. Currently, he prosecutes domestic terrorism and public corruption cases in Eugene, Oregon.
