Luke Fadem is a Legal Research and Writing Lecturer at the University of California, Davis. Previously, he spent over a decade in domestic and international criminal practice, including roles at the United Nations International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, Deputy Attorney General for California, and Napa County trial prosecutor. He has conducted 35 appellate arguments, published on international criminal law, and trained professionals on human trafficking and justice system reforms. He holds a B.A. from Amherst College (2000) and J.D. from UCLA School of Law (2007).
Research Interests: Criminal Law, International Criminal Law, Legal Writing, and Legal Research. His expertise spans war crimes prosecution, victim advocacy, and appellate strategies.
