Prof. Albert Klein Tank is a Professor of Sustainable Transitions for River Deltas in a Changing Climate at Utrecht University (Netherlands) and Scientific Director of the Delta Climate Center (DCC). He holds an Honorary Professorship at the University of Bristol, UK. His roles focus on advancing climate-resilient delta sustainability, integrating water, food, and energy systems under climate change. Previously, he served as Director of the Met Office Hadley Centre (UK) and Head of Observations and Data Technology at the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI).
