Alanna M. Lavelle is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of New Haven in the Dr. Henry C Lee Criminal Forensics Department, where she teaches courses on Healthcare Fraud and Human Trafficking Analytics and Investigations. She currently serves as a Senior Principal at MITRE Corporation, supporting Program Integrity initiatives to combat fraud, waste, and abuse in government programs. Prior to MITRE, she held leadership roles at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and spent 25 years as a Special Agent with the FBI, focusing on healthcare fraud, terrorism task force operations, and crisis negotiation.
