Aidan J Kelly is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the Royal Docks School of Business and Law, University of East London. He serves as Course Leader for the MSc Marketing program since September 2022, having joined UEL in July 2009. His teaching portfolio includes modules on Integrated Marketing Communications, Consumer Research, and Research Methods for Business. His research focuses on advertising theory, consumer behavior, and cultural branding, with recent projects exploring vinyl record collections and polysemic interpretations of online advertising campaigns. Methodologically, he emphasizes grounded theory in marketing research.
External roles include Editorial Advisory Panel membership for Business Research Methods (5th Ed.), external programme validator at Northumbria University and University of Greenwich, and former External Examiner for Henley Business School's MBA programme (2012–2016).
