Prof. Aico van Vuuren is a Full Professor of Econometrics at the University of Groningen and the University of Gothenburg. He holds a PhD from VU University Amsterdam (2002) and dual Master's degrees in Economics and Econometrics (cum laude, 1997). His research focuses on labor economics, housing markets, and applied econometrics, with notable contributions to structural econometric models. Current affiliations include the Faculty of Economics and Business at Groningen and the Economics, Econometrics & Finance department.
