Dr. Adriana Sandu is a Senior Lecturer and PhD Programme Director at Anglia Ruskin University's School of Allied Health and Social Care. With a PhD in Public Administration from Syracuse University and over 12 years of academic experience, her work focuses on social justice, migration, and gender studies. She leads the 'Safe and Inclusive Communities' research theme and collaborates with organizations like Cambridge Ethnic Community Forum and UN initiatives.
