Aderonke Akinkugbe (Preferred Name: Ronke Akinkugbe) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is a public health dentist and chronic disease epidemiologist with a focus on environmental and psychosocial determinants of oral and systemic health outcomes across the lifespan. Her work includes studying prenatal exposures' impact on children's oral health and is affiliated with the Mount Sinai Institute for Exposomic Research and its NIEHS-funded Center on Health and Environment Across the LifeSpan (HEALS).

She has also held positions at Virginia Commonwealth University prior to joining Mount Sinai.
