Adam Stoner is a Lecturer in the Art & Design Department at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM), affiliated with the First Year Program Studios. His work explores the intersections of architecture, memory, and spatial agency through painting, drawing, and video installations. He holds an MFA in Painting & Drawing/Intermedia from UWM and a BA in Studio Art/Theater from Williams College.
Research interests include the language of space, material agency, and invisible architectures in human experience. His recent work includes installations like landscape with clerestory windows (2019), reflecting his focus on architectural forms and memory.
