Adam C. Pritchard is the Frances and George Skestos Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School. He specializes in corporate and securities law, with a focus on securities class actions, SEC enforcement, and the historical development of securities law in the U.S. Supreme Court. His research has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Law and Economics and Journal of Empirical Legal Studies.
